New Nephew

After a rather stressful pregnancy and an emergency C-section at 31 weeks and 5 days, my sister gave birth to her first child, Noah John. :D He is tiny - only 3lbs 2oz, but being cared for by awesome NICU folks in Quebec City. Can't wait to meet him!
