February Update

Well, I'll be the first to admit it... I've slacked off on this page for the past little while. So, here's an update:

January was great.
So was February.

No, really!

~ Finished reading: My Sister's Keeper
~ Finished reading: Life of Pi
~ Finished reading: the curious incident of the dog in the nightime
~ Started reading: She's Come Undone
~ Should be reading - school stuff
~ Not reading - school stuff
~ Should be studying for two midterms
~ Did write up two midterms' worth of study notes
~ Should write a short essay
~ Booked flights to Europe, Ontario, Quebec, and back to BC
~ Put two more GB's of RAM into my computer
~ Made chiro, hair, and dentist appointments
~ Finished my application to the Teacher Education Program at UFV
~ Must wait for the results of my TEP Application (March? April?)
~ Applied to GRADUATE from UFV with a BA in English Lit, North American Focus, Dean's List, smarty-pants extraordinaire
~ Updated my Skype account
~ Deleted my MySpace Account
~ Worked 2 or 3 shifts a week
~ Going to watch the Oscars (but haven't seen all the movies yet, boo!)
~ Wrote up some lists
~ Visited with some folks I know and love (aka Family and Friends)
~ Skipped out on volunteering at Abby Middle due to UFV stuff
~ Currently going through Abby Middle Grade 6 Div.3/4 withdrawal
~ Got a postcard from the Philipines
~ Waved goodbye to other people taking vacations
~ Took a bunch of photos
~ Spilled gasoline everywhere
~ Told someone to "Push so hard that poop comes out"
~ Dodged an awkward moment
~ Wished on a star
~ Wished I had my own car again
~ Bought a new travel backpack
~ Kept my old one (bought in '96) for sentimental reasons
~ Finally updated my blog
